Hi, I’m Taylor Glenn—founder of Taylor Glenn Talent, proud husband, and new dad. (And yes, I built this site myself, so forgive the oversized photo.)

My career started in 2012 in the behavioral health space, where I quickly discovered my passion for building people and businesses. Over the next decade, I helped two startup treatment groups scale from early-stage chaos to nine-figure and eight-figure exits, led national sales teams, and founded multiple recruitment firms that collectively generated millions in revenue.

Most recently, I built a healthcare recruiting agency that became one of the most recognized names in the industry—known for doing things differently and proving that recruiting can actually be strategic, measurable, and human. After successfully exiting that business in 2025, I launched Taylor Glenn Talent to focus on what happens after the hire: helping leaders turn company culture into a measurable advantage that drives retention, performance, and profit.

I’ve spent over a decade inside hundreds of organizations, seeing what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to people. My mission now is simple: to help companies work smarter by aligning strategy, leadership, and employee experience.
